A success hot runner system for mould should be guaranteed by many links. And the most important key technology of hot runner applications is as follows:
1. plastic temperature control
In the application of hot runner system mould, plastic temperature control is very important. Many problems appeared during processing and the products quality is rooting in the bad temperature control of hot runner system. Just as using valve gate nozzle to inject the plastic products and turn up the products bad quality of nozzle, the difficulty of the closing valve needle, the quality and inject time of multi-cavities mould is incongruent and so on. If you can, pls choose more temperature controlling to control hot runner system to increase flexible of using and adaptability to change.
2. plastic flow control
The plastic should keep a balance flow in hot runner system. Open the sprue I the same time to fill the cavities. With regard to the differ greatly weight of parts, the mold needs a sprue dimension designing. Otherwise, some parts mold filling pressure maintaining will be not enough, over or has a big pverlap and bad quality and other problems. Hot runner sprue dimension should have a reasonable design, too small will cause losing pressure, too big will damage material property and cause the parts shaped with unsatisfing using demands.
