With the fasten development of mold,hot runner been used widely and widely.It is better to use hot runner in some sistuation,we make a brief descibtion.

situations need to choose hot runner as below:
1.In product heat sensitive situation
2.product big or in wall thin situation
3.in runnerl excessively long situation
4.in production output big situation
5.to product outward appearance or accuracy requirement high situation
Hot runner system's merit,hot runner advantage is far bigger than the disadvantage .
1st,product thin thickness, guaranteed that the melt can arrive fully, reduces the product distortion degree greatly, improves the product surface quality and the product uniformity greatly;
2nd,the hot runner internal pressure loss is small, the good melt fluidity,density easy even, avoids the injection molding distortion, as well as the size unstable and flaws and so on chromatic aberration;
3rd,completely or eliminates the majority of material(drainage opening material), does not need the artificial cutting drainage opening, does not need to crush again, enhances the material use factor, saves the energy, raised the production efficiency (common shrinkage, packing insufficiency, fusion mark, irregular color, edge, the warp phenomenon also to be possible to improve obviously or to eliminate);
4th,eliminated the additional heat which waste material brings, mold's coolling-off period is only the plastic cooling time, reduced the processing cycle;
5th,hot runner is automatic turnoff runner, improve runner outward appearance, enhanced the automated work degree;
6th,control melt plastic temperature accuracy, eliminated the material degeneration, guarantee pressure time to be more reasonable, reduces the product internal stress.
7th,reduces the injection molding pressure, advantageous in protects the mold, extension service life.
